01In the app (quickest)
- Open Errandearn and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
02Without the app
Email us from the address on your account, or include the phone number you sign in with. Use the subject line “Delete my account”. We will confirm by email once it is done, normally within 7 days.

- Your name, phone number, email address and profile photo
- Your push-notification token
- Every file you uploaded, including Ghana Card photos and selfies (for runners), note photos, voice notes and shopping recordings
- Your sign-in, so the account can no longer be used
04What is kept, anonymised
Errands, chat messages, reviews and payment records stay, but show you as “Deleted user”. The other person on each errand still needs their own history, and financial records have to be kept for accounting.
05When deletion has to wait
To protect you and the other person, we can't delete an account while any of these apply. The app will tell you which one it is:
- An errand you posted or are running is still in progress
- Your wallet has a balance, positive or negative. Withdraw it, or settle what you owe, first
- Errandearn credit is still drawn
- A dispute is open
Once it's settled, you can delete straight away.
