Write your order, the money for the items, your hall and room number, and the fee you'll pay the runner.
The runner fee starts from GH₵10. -

Students nearby send you offers. Compare their price and ratings, tap Accept, and pay in the app with your wallet, MoMo or card.

When they knock, check your items and read out your 4-digit code. That's the moment they get paid. Not before.

If you're earning
Signing up is free. We take 15% of the fee when an errand is completed, and nothing from the item money.

Students and people near your campus who signed up to earn. Each one sent a Ghana Card and a selfie, checked by a person, before they could take any errand.
Runners nearby who are online get an alert as soon as you post, and their offers appear on your screen. Each offer stands for 5 minutes, so you can compare and pick.
No. Every errand is paid in the app, which is what keeps your money safe. On shopping errands, if the runner spends less than your budget, they give you the change in cash at the door. You both see the figures in the app first.
Yes. Instead of waiting for offers, you can book a runner directly.
Yes, until the runner starts your errand. After that, if something goes wrong, use Report a problem on the errand.
No. You can walk, cycle, ride or drive. You tell the app how you travel, and it only offers you errands that make sense for that.
Withdraw from your wallet to Mobile Money. It goes to the phone number you verified when you signed in, costs a flat GH₵1, and the minimum is GH₵20.
Only while you're online as a runner, so the person you're helping can see you coming. Go offline and it stops.
Download the app and look for "Order from campus" on the home screen. If your campus isn't listed yet, you can still send for anything nearby, and you can ask us to add it on WhatsApp.
